About Me

Adam Cannella

In my mid-twenties I found myself collecting a barrage of injuries, everything from knee, lower back and shoulder pain (both sides) to RSI in both of my hands… just to name a few.

After many years of Physio, Chiro and Massage treatments I found that I would get better but the issues would come back or another issue would arise.

It took me many years to fully recover from EVERY issue that my body would come up with, this is where I learned (the hard and expensive way) what does or doesn’t work when it comes to fixing these issues.

After Spending $1,000's on Physios, Chiro's
and Therapists, I Finally Realised Two Things

1️⃣ Stretching didn't solve all my problems (sometimes it made things even worse), parts of my body needed to be more flexible and other parts needed to be more stable
