Time to take a hike

Staying at home keeping away from this Carona virus is enough to send most of us crazy in the next few weeks.

So its more important than ever to get outside, get some fresh air at least a few times a week.

I’ve been getting back into hiking the last few weeks, and it just feels good to get out of the house and go somewhere that’s not a supermarket with no toilet paper in sight!

I highly recommend checking out black hill which is located just off gorge rd in Athelstone, I think it’s one of Adelaide’s best spots for it!

It’s quiet and has a few different selections of tracks ranging from very hard to easy.

Do your body and your family a favor and get outdoors this weekend and experience some of the quieter spots in Adelaide so you won’t feel so confined to your house.

Know any good spots for a hike in Adelaide? Send me an email (adam@adammovementtherapy.com) and I’ll do my best to check them out.

Here is a picture of me on top of one of the lookouts at black hill.
