Today I’m going through a few different ways to loosen up your tight hips and hamstrings and how to keep them loose.
There are lots of reasons why people have really tight hips and hamstrings, it could be from sitting a lot, core not working very well or your whole lower body just needs a good stretch.
Today I’m going to show you how to know what you actually need to loosen them up by testing your hips to see what the problem may be.
Generally, you’re either going to feel tight in that area and have very little flexibility or you just “feel” tight but their flexibility is fine.
That’s why stretching can be a waste of time if flexibility isn’t the actual problem.
The tests I show you in the video will tell you which category you fall into and what you should be doing and probably not be doing to help with your tight hips and hamstrings.
