The Deadlift will make or break you.
There are so many bad stories of lower back pain, slipped discs, you name it, if someone is talking about back pain in the gym they will have a bad deadlift story or just avoid it like the plague.
And with good reason, because you don’t want to go for a PR on this lift unless you really know what you are doing… and most of us don’t have a clue.
