I’m sure you’ve been in a class or the trainer asked you to go deeper in your squat…if only it was that easy because I bet no matter how hard your tried your body just wouldn’t let you go there!
It just isn’t always that easy for most of us.
Your body is doing it for a reason though, either because your hips and ankles are really jammed up.
Or you just don’t have the stability in those areas so your body creates stability by locking up your body and stopping you from going any further.
But you don’t have to know exactly what’s going on to get results.
