Deadlift back pain is pretty common among lifters when they first start trying the movement.
Sometimes an easy technique tweak will fix the issue.
But other times it can be harder than that.
Most of us sit or stand all day not paying much attention to how we hold our posture.
And how we hold our posture throughout the day can have a detrimental effect on how we lift.
That’s why if we don’t have much control over our hips when we are standing, what chance do we have when we are trying to lift our body weight off the floor!?
A lot of the time we won’t know what to do with our hips, so we give way to gravity or try to overcompensate against it.
And sure I could give you a bunch of deadlift cues to improve it, but if you’re in pain from lifting I think you need a little more than just that.
So here it is!
