The Underswitch is one of the first moves you’ll learn if you’ve ever taken an Animal flow class.
It’s great fun… if you know what you are doing.
The Underswitch requires a bit of coordination and persistence to get the hang of it.
A lot of people make a few mistakes and try to rush through it often turning their underswitch into an “overswitch”.
You don’t need to make that mistake though.
It’s all in the name, UNDERswitch.
Make sure your knee always goes under you and not over you.
I’ll go through just how you can do that without ever forgetting in this video.
Because it’s one of the moves you’ll use the most to transfer from one Animal flow move to the over, you really want to get it right before moving to more complicated transitions.
If you do, you’ll find that you can breeze through your flows and Animal Flow workout a lot more easily.
