Getting caught up in the cycle of getting relief from pain/discomfort and having it return again is what many of my clients and myself (in the past) have struggled with and now overcome.
My goal is to help you do the same. Return to the gym the fastest way possible and become stronger than before your injury, while enjoying the process.
Your first session
Consult / Movement Screen / Movement Report
This is where we discover exactly what your goals and expectations are, what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past and find out what you really want to get out of future sessions. This will determine if we are a good fit to work together, if not I’m always happy to refer you to someone else who can help you.
Strength And Rehab Program
After your Movement Screen, your rehab journey will begin. I will personally guide you through your customised Strength And Rehab Program, so you can return to what you love most without pain or discomfort as soon as possible.
This screen will determine how your body moves as a whole. This will help find out exactly what your body does and doesn’t need to help create a customised, simple and effective solution to building a healthier and stronger body.
