About Me

Adam Cannella

In my mid-twenties I found myself collecting a barrage of injuries, everything from knee, lower back and shoulder pain (both sides) to RSI in both of my hands… just to name a few.

After many years of Physio, Chiro and Massage treatments I found that I would get better but the issues would come back or another issue would arise.

It took me many years to fully recover from EVERY issue that my body would come up with, this is where I learned (the hard and expensive way) what does or doesn’t work when it comes to fixing these issues.

Getting Here Wasn't Easy

I thought I was doing all the right things—working on myself, getting stronger in the gym—but...

I ended up in constant pain, feeling like nothing would ever get better.

I tried everything: relying on therapists, doing endless research to fix it myself, and even giving up and hoping the pain would just go away on its own. But nothing worked.

After years of physio, chiro, and massage treatments, I’d feel better for a while, but the pain always came back—or something else would start hurting. I felt lost, hopeless, and stuck, like I’d never escape the cycle of pain.

It wasn’t until I reached out to a local trainer that things finally started to change. That’s when I learned how movement could help resolve my pain—not just temporarily, but for good.

With time, patience, and the right approach, I overcame my issues and got back to living pain-free. But I couldn’t stop thinking:

“How can I help others do the same, but faster?”

After Spending $1,000's on Physios, Chiro's
and Therapists, I Finally Realised Two Things

1️⃣ Stretching didn't solve all my problems, parts of my body needed to be more flexible and other parts needed to be more stable

2️⃣ My technique in the gym was terrible, I had very little control over how my body worked
