Meet Adam

In my mid-twenties I found myself collecting a barrage of injuries, everything from knee, lower back and shoulder pain (both sides) to RSI in both of my hands… just to name a few.

After many years of Physio, Chiro and Massage treatments I found that I would get better but the issues would come back or another issue would arise.

It took me many years to fully recover from EVERY issue that my body would come up with, this is where I learnt (the hard and expensive way) what does or doesn’t work when it comes to fixing these issues.

I went to Adam following a rugby injury which ended my playing career and meant I couldn't work in my chosen field. His approach of remedial and rehabilitative personal training has helped me rebuild and refocus my fitness goals. He has a relaxed, no nonsense approach which has been great for boosting my confidence and getting me back to physical activity. I'm more aware of my limitations and forgiving of my deficiencies. Now I'm looking forward to pushing new limits.

I wanted to return to exercise for a good while but I was worried that my hip bursitis, past knee pain, and shoulder/neck pain would come back or get worse. I had physio for all these issues in the past but never felt like they were 100% resolved. But since seeing Adam all these issues have subsided and I'm now back to exercising and even lifting more than I've ever had previously. Adam has helped me so much! Not only with my pain but also in my overall confidence, he is a great trainer and I always love the time and care he puts into each and every session.

Until I stumbled across Adam I was at the point of giving up on my workouts. Now thanks to Adam's online coaching I'm discovering I can reduce my back pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain through both rehab and strength training. I can now hold a plank for 1 minute for 3 sets! It's been a few years since that was possible with my painful back and shoulders holding me back for so long. I have past issues with two ACL tears, a partial rotator cuff tear, and lumbar break which were both making it very hard for me to get back to lifting without knee pain, shoulder pain or back pain. I came to Adam because he was the only trainer I could trust to help me return to lifting again without making these issues worse. Adam has helped me get back to my training on a regular basis with less pain or issue, helping me to get stronger and gain my confidence back. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and an all-around top bloke. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is as broken as myself and wants to return to training safely long term.

Adam has been a total lifesaver. I have had shoulder pain for over a year. Exhausting every source: chiropractor, massages, physical therapy and nothing was working. I came across his page on Instagram and reached out to him. He was fast to respond and patient to help me answer all of my questions. I live in the middle of the United States (Nebraska) and he has been able to help me all through zoom with exercises that have helped me do things I haven’t been able to do in a long time because I was having so much pain. I’m so thankful I reached out and If you are ever needing any help Adam is the man!! He has so much knowledge and takes the time to really listen and follow up to be sure things are going in the right direction! He is truly the best!

I found Adam when I was searching for someone local who I could meet with on a weekly basis. Adam is very clear in his communication style, and we spoke initially at length on what his approach would be, and with how he could help me - strengthening my lower back and with weight loss. I always feel really comfortable speaking to him about my previous challenges and my future plans. Adam really understands what I wanted to achieve and gives me confidence in my ability, always being very supportive. Adam’s approach is very professional yet he has a very down to earth and caring attitude. I came to Adam to help me with my back pain which I've been dealing with for around 7 years. I have been training with him now for around 4 months and have seen great results already. For the first time in 7 years I have been able to play a full game of soccer and have been having alot less pain in my every day life. I used to be the person who would always have injuries come about but now I feel like I'm a different person. Adam is very knowledgeable and cares about his clients while still making his sessions alot of fun. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone who is dealing with injuries of their own and wants to become stronger.
