Meet Adam

In my mid-twenties I found myself collecting a barrage of injuries, everything from knee, lower back and shoulder pain (both sides) to RSI in both of my hands… just to name a few.

After many years of Physio, Chiro and Massage treatments I found that I would get better but the issues would come back or another issue would arise.

It took me many years to fully recover from EVERY issue that my body would come up with, this is where I learnt (the hard and expensive way) what does or doesn’t work when it comes to fixing these issues.

Adam was excellent, spot on, helpful and supportive when I had lost hope of trying to put myself back together! I am so glad I signed up and committed to the 16 week program as the real results really only started to come after a month. I had a terrible left shoulder that was causing a great deal of pain and was very limited in moment, along with a long term pain in my neck and plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I felt like Humpty Dumpty that couldn't be put back together again. Adam really listened wholistically to all my ailments and general life. He then broke down my program to target the most broken parts and slowly he put me back together again. Considering the times we met were online, he was amazing, really explaining, testing and targeting the areas along with demonstrating just how much gain I was getting in each session. Adam helped me to regain pain free movement leaving me with the tools and confidence to manage and maintain my ailments. It's hard to describe how much working with Adam has helped me, I no longer feel hopeless. Working with simple equipment, most of which I already had around the house. I feel like I can reach my goals of bush walking and keeping mobile into my later years. Thank you Adam! I will certainly call out again when Humpty Dumpty ever needs to be put back together again!!! Thanks for keeping me motivated and on track, best thing I've done for myself!

I’m been suffering from sciatic issues from last one year..tried different physio which didn’t give me any improvement. Doing 16 weeks session with Adam has helped me to get into track with my daily activities pain free and main win is I can drive now 🙂 Big shout to Adam for doing things out of box and getting into granular details and making the right movement plan. Without doubt he is the best in the industry 🙂

I came to Adam with a lot of pain and fear after suffering chronic back and hip pain for over a decade from a severe lower back injury 13 years ago. Adam has been empathetic and kind and built my confidence back slowly. He never pushes me beyond what my body can cope with and has built my confidence and ability to move slowly and steadily. I’ve lost count of the personal trainers and Pilates instructor’s who didn’t listen to my concerns and instead of helping me, set me back both mentally and physically. One of the best things to come from my time with Adam is it’s given me the confidence to move and bend through my back again. We’ve worked on my mobility slowly and I’ve seen big improvements. Now I'm less stiff, have less pain days and are less fearful overall of using my body. Coming from a place of so much pain and mental resistance, it has been a slow journey (because of me) but Adam has never become frustrated with my progress, he has been encouraging and positive the entire time. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and great chats and I can't recommended Adam enough.

As someone who’s always struggled with tightness in my back i thought I would give give Adam Movement therapy a go, particularly eliminate back pain challenge ! Having worked with Adam before I kind of knew what to expect but was blown away how the content was put together and structured to maximise benefits and time! I recently participated in the Eliminate Back Pain program with Adam, and it was an amazing experience! The program is well-structured and easy to follow, and Adam is an excellent coach who provides support and guidance as needed. Adam provided me with the tools and techniques I need to work towards eliminating my back pain for good. Adam explained what each technique did which is why I now know why physio, chiro etc, didn’t work for me. With this information I am now aware of the how’s and why’s and have a renewed interested in gaining my freedom from back pain. Adam knows what he’s talking about! I saw Adam with sore shoulders on from years of lifting weights incorrectly. Adam figured out the issue within an hour. Not only did he help me solve the issues I had with my shoulders and he taught me new ways to train to help me long term to ensure I don’t get anymore shoulder pain. Thank you Adam! You’re the man

Adam had a lot of valuable knowledge and experience when it comes to movement and strength training. No other trainers have managed to get me Deadlifting again after injuring my back years ago, and I have now been deadlifting a respectable weight for 6 months with no flare ups. | trust him fully when it comes to teaching proper techniques with absolutely no compromise. He's a good bloke, and one of the few people | consider worthy to receive a stick of my families famous home made Italian salami.
