Meet Adam

In my mid-twenties I found myself collecting a barrage of injuries, everything from knee, lower back and shoulder pain (both sides) to RSI in both of my hands… just to name a few.

After many years of Physio, Chiro and Massage treatments I found that I would get better but the issues would come back or another issue would arise.

It took me many years to fully recover from EVERY issue that my body would come up with, this is where I learnt (the hard and expensive way) what does or doesn’t work when it comes to fixing these issues.

Adam had a lot of valuable knowledge and experience when it comes to movement and strength training. No other trainers have managed to get me Deadlifting again after injuring my back years ago, and I have now been deadlifting a respectable weight for 6 months with no flare ups. | trust him fully when it comes to teaching proper techniques with absolutely no compromise. He's a good bloke, and one of the few people | consider worthy to receive a stick of my families famous home made Italian salami.

I had persistent shoulder pain to the point it was getting me down and depressed as it affected my daily life. All doctors could recommend was pills or surgery (which I was almost contemplating). I hit Adam up and after a few consults with some hard work and dedication, here I am 3 months later and almost pain free, naturally! My only regret is I didn't get in contact sooner. Thanks Adam, I can now enjoy giving my son piggy backs without pain!

Adam is very knowledgeable and and experienced in working with you to undo long term pains and injuries. Having a background in fittness and a love of training, he understands the importance of continuing to train whist working to improve/fix your injuries. Adam helped me remotely whist I was heavily training to become a firefighter and designed programs that I could incorporate into my regular gym work, to avoid any strain on my body, and repair some long term pains that were holding me back. Would highly recommend.

Adam is a legend. After two years with a chronic shoulder injury from overtraining, he has set me a rehab programme that is showing real results in only a few weeks. Not 100% sorted yet, but well on the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any similar issue.

Adam has helped me hugely with a sore back and my overall poor flexibility, even after the first session I could feel a big difference in my pain and posture. After my first assessment he created an easy to follow home program for me, as a result my discomfort and flexibility is slowly but surely improving. I highly recommend Adam. He is easy going, genuine and will do whatever he can to get the best result in the shortest amount of time.

After a serious motor vehicle accident. I fractured most of my bones in my right leg and hip. I was attending physiotherapy programs for months with no real improvement. After just a few sessions Adam helped narrow down my mobility excersises to simple, but very effective and manageable movements. I'm now 13 weeks into my 16 week program and back to doing hiking, crossing my legs and squatting. Things I thought I'd never be able to do again. Each week I grow stronger and have more confidence that my journey recovering will put me close to where I was before. If not even stronger. I live in the riverland and commuting to the city is a big journey. Doing one week in the gym with adam, with one week on video call has worked well with making my life easy. Don't hesitate with booking a session with Adam.

Adam is really passionate about what he does and how he does it. He was very thorough with his assessment and gave me a good plan to help me with my heel and calf pain. After the first session I could already feel the difference. He's a Top bloke too

I had met Adam years ago whilst training at a different gym and followed his social media since. Over a stressful and sedentary period of time I had put on a significant amount of weight, lost strength and movement and found exercise painful. As a result I felt overwhelmed and embarrassed to exercise, making my situation worse. The thought alone of walking into a gym was intimidating. I reached out to Adam, knowing he was a friendly, non judgemental and ‘safe’ person. He did not disappoint. Months later and I feel both physically and mentally fitter. Adam gave me the time, support and encouragement I needed to get back into movement and the confidence I had been lacking. I highly recommend Adam, 10/10, he has given me a whole new perspective on mental and physical strength!

Adam has helped me more than i could imagine. Ive had issues with a sore lower back, not much flexibility and also a sore shoulder. After having my first session with Adam he gave me exercises to do to help with my stiff back muscles and improve my flexibility and its worked a treat. Then he helped me with exercises for my shoulder and now thats getting better too. Would highly recommend at least having a chat with Adam to see if he is able to help.
