Meet Adam

In my mid-twenties I found myself collecting a barrage of injuries, everything from knee, lower back and shoulder pain (both sides) to RSI in both of my hands… just to name a few.

After many years of Physio, Chiro and Massage treatments I found that I would get better but the issues would come back or another issue would arise.

It took me many years to fully recover from EVERY issue that my body would come up with, this is where I learnt (the hard and expensive way) what does or doesn’t work when it comes to fixing these issues.

Adam is really passionate about what he does and how he does it. He was very thorough with his assessment and gave me a good plan to help me with my heel and calf pain. After the first session I could already feel the difference. He's a Top bloke too

I had met Adam years ago whilst training at a different gym and followed his social media since. Over a stressful and sedentary period of time I had put on a significant amount of weight, lost strength and movement and found exercise painful. As a result I felt overwhelmed and embarrassed to exercise, making my situation worse. The thought alone of walking into a gym was intimidating. I reached out to Adam, knowing he was a friendly, non judgemental and ‘safe’ person. He did not disappoint. Months later and I feel both physically and mentally fitter. Adam gave me the time, support and encouragement I needed to get back into movement and the confidence I had been lacking. I highly recommend Adam, 10/10, he has given me a whole new perspective on mental and physical strength!

Adam has helped me more than i could imagine. Ive had issues with a sore lower back, not much flexibility and also a sore shoulder. After having my first session with Adam he gave me exercises to do to help with my stiff back muscles and improve my flexibility and its worked a treat. Then he helped me with exercises for my shoulder and now thats getting better too. Would highly recommend at least having a chat with Adam to see if he is able to help.

I initially started training with Adam for some back and shoulder pain which I got no relief through anyone else. It's been 2 years now and Adam has seen me through further hip and chronic plantar fascitis rehab and we are continuing to strengthen and condition my body. He has helped me to work through not only body but mind to build new habits, and is truly an all round caring and professional trainer. He practices what he preaches but most importantly understands where you're coming from having been there before himself.

After following Adam on social media for several months I reached out to see if he thought he could help. But not for me, for my son who is 8. We had spent a considerable amount already on a physiotherapist and podiatrist with limited short term success. Adam agreed to take him on and for me that was a win! My son’s calves were so tight if he walked bare foot he would default to his toes, his running was restricted and all sports were impacted. On the first assessment we could see his limitations in his range. Adam knew what he had to work with. What I was not expecting was to see his range of movement change so much in that session. One word describes that first session “Wow”!! Now 3/4 through our program we no longer see toe walking at home, his running style has improved incredibly, his range of movement is beyond any of our goals. I sent Adam some photos of our son running and this was Adam’s reply. “Love these pictures looks like he's really propelling himself forward here 🙌 “ That says it all, no one has ever commented so positively on his running before. I have even replicated some of the program on myself and getting my flexibility back.🥳 Adam, a big thank you !!!!!!!

I went to Adam following a rugby injury which ended my playing career and meant I couldn't work in my chosen field. His approach of remedial and rehabilitative personal training has helped me rebuild and refocus my fitness goals. He has a relaxed, no nonsense approach which has been great for boosting my confidence and getting me back to physical activity. I'm more aware of my limitations and forgiving of my deficiencies. Now I'm looking forward to pushing new limits.

I wanted to return to exercise for a good while but I was worried that my hip bursitis, past knee pain, and shoulder/neck pain would come back or get worse. I had physio for all these issues in the past but never felt like they were 100% resolved. But since seeing Adam all these issues have subsided and I'm now back to exercising and even lifting more than I've ever had previously. Adam has helped me so much! Not only with my pain but also in my overall confidence, he is a great trainer and I always love the time and care he puts into each and every session.

Until I stumbled across Adam I was at the point of giving up on my workouts. Now thanks to Adam's online coaching I'm discovering I can reduce my back pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain through both rehab and strength training. I can now hold a plank for 1 minute for 3 sets! It's been a few years since that was possible with my painful back and shoulders holding me back for so long.
