Glen Lomman is the owner of Brighton Group Fitness & PT. His love for health, fitness & living a long life with no regrets came from his own health struggles as a teen which he kept battling into his young adult life.
It all changed when he hit a point of rock bottom after the passing of two close family members & going through a very dark period.
He came out the other side & found a love for helping others and now he absolutely loves seeing his friends, family & clients set & achieve goals!
He was able to lose almost 30kg of fat over a period of time, so he knows just how hard it can be to get & stay motivated!
Now He’s equipped with a mission to help others gain their health, energy & life back.
Glen has years of personal experience and training in making sure people are receiving the results they desire.
